# The Return Table — a proposed organization

Status: UNFORMED / PROPOSAL ONLY

Mission hypothesis: Explore a neighborhood coordination table that helps people offer resources, identify missing connections and close the loop on small practical work.

First question: How can a request move from being noticed to a consented response without turning a request into a public personal record?

Smallest first experiment: Use fictional needs and offers to sketch one complete request → review → offer → consent → outcome-or-unknown trace.

Possible voluntary steward (role, not an assigned person): A willing reviewer who cannot assign work to others or publish someone else's needs without permission.

What would count as an inspectable return: One completely fictional test with explicit refusal/unknown states before any real-person trial.

Required boundary: No live matchmaking, personal data collection, commitments, verified deliveries, partner authorizations or automatic routing.

No consent, actual institution, partner, legal registration, membership or completed act is asserted.
